Check in / Check out:

 

Check-in can be carried out from 15:00 to 21:00 on the day of arrival and can be defined more precisely after your kind communication regarding the expected arrival in the structure.

Check-out must be made by 10.00 am on the day of departure, in order to guarantee the next arriving guest to enjoy a clean, sanitized and tidy accommodation. you can leave your luggage

in storage at the reception. Upon request agreed in time, and subject to availability, it will be possible to have an early check-in before 15:00, or late check-out by 17:00 with a supplement to be agreed. For a check-out after 17:00 an extra night will be charged.

What does the accommodation rateinclude:

 

· All utilities (water, gas, electricity) related to the apartment

· Use of all attached and connected accessories of furniture, dishes, etc. (as per inventory)

· Hot-cold air conditioning and heating

· Change of towels and bed linen every week

· Bathroom products

· Breakfast: coffee, milk, tea, herbal teas, juices, yogurt, croissants, biscuits, slices biscuits, jams, nutella

  On request specific products for food intolerances will be served

· Wi-Fi

 

The following services can be provided upon request and with a supplement payment:

 

· Daily Cleaning (excluding kitchenette): € 10.00

· Cleaning of the kitchenette: €15.00

· Change of bathroom linen per person € 5.00

· Change of double bed linen € 10.00 - single €. 5,00

Cleaning of the apartment:

 

for stays longer than 7 days, the cleaning of the apartment and the change of towels and bed linen are carried out every week, from 09:00 to 13:00, unless otherwise agreed different. The apartment is delivered clean / sanitized and tidy and with the accessories for daily cleaning. Any comments on the cleaning of the apartment are accepted within 12 hours of arrival. The cooking block (dishes, kitchen utensils, etc.) must always be left in perfect order. The rearrangement and cleaning of the kitchenette are always the responsibility of the customer (in case of non-compliance with the rules, the relative expenses will be charged). It is forbidden to drive in nails, dirty the walls or in any way deteriorate the structures and furnishings supplied. Moved furniture and furnishings must be returned to their original place by the customer. The guest is required to take the utmost care of the apartment, furnishings and household equipment and to report any missing or breakages to the host within 12 hours of occupying the accommodation, in order to avoid be subsequently held responsible, paying any damages.

Rules of conduct:

In accordance with the condominium regulations and the rules of the Municipal Police, it is required to observe silence in the time slot between 2.00 pm and 4.30 pm and from 10.00 pm to 8.00

The use of the air conditioner is independent via remote control. The chronothermostat has a preset programming that can be changed on request.

The Management is not responsible for objects, values and things left in the apartment.

Pets:

 

it is possible to host small-medium sized pets on request, provided they are constantly supervised by owners (a supplement may be required). It is forbidden to leave animals unattended inside the apartment.

Faults and Complaints:

 

the apartment is checked and maintained at every change of guest. Therefore, with reference to the descriptions shown, they are drawn up in absolute good faith and sincerity. Any defect or problem that has arisen will be resolved within the shortest possible time after the communication of the host to the host. Where it is not possible to solve the problem promptly for reasons not dependent on our will (holidays, unavailability of spare parts, interruption of external service, elevator failure, etc.), we ask for your understanding and if the problem should continue beyond a reasonable time we will endeavor to find alternative accommodation for the necessary period. It is possible to report any faults directly to the host, in any case, if the complaint occurs at the end of the stay and therefore of the stay in the apartment and / or after departure, it will not have any consideration.
